Is there any other content we should include on this page (for example, "how to" videos)?

Two things immediately spring to mind as potential content. First is non-wiki online resources. A few examples of the kinds of things I'm thinking of are http://www.epocrates.com/, http://www.visiblebody.com/, and Graham Walker's potentially useful medical calculations website, http://www.mdcalc.com/. That's a sample of the things out there that you doctors might vet for usefulness to the physician.
The second area would be hardware and software tools that might be useful in helping a doctor be efficient.
I am sort of wondering if these areas had already been discussed and rejected, particularly the non-wiki online resources. But I'll toss these ideas out there in case it hasn't been covered already. The forum seems to be devoid of historical discussion of rejected content. ;)
